Gather the vision in one place
An event design starts as a pile from several people: the couple's saved images, the photos you took on the venue walkthrough, the florist's proposal as a PDF, a linen supplier's page, a playlist. Lattice takes all of it as cards on one board. Drop the images, and the venue photos with a voice note about where the light comes in at five, transcribed. Paste the supplier link and it unfurls with a preview. Drop the floor plan and it opens in place. Because the board is infinite, the ceremony and the reception can be laid out next to each other with their own references, and a second palette can sit beside the first while the couple decides. It doesn't need to be tidy yet.
Organize by moment
A wedding has an order, and the board should follow it. Ask Lattice to organize and it sorts the pile by kind, the florals with the florals, the linens with the linens, the paper goods together, and links the cards that keep appearing side by side. Then rearrange it into moments. Rename the frames ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and drag each reference into the moment it belongs to; the frame takes it as it lands. Two palettes can sit in neighboring frames while the couple decides, and a ring drawn around one of them says which you'd choose. Tag every card with its vendor, so filtering by florist shows exactly what the florist needs to see and nothing else, and filtering by undecided shows what next week's meeting is about. What the couple sees is the day in sequence, not a folder of everything you've ever saved for it.
Present it to the couple, then share it with everyone
Planning meetings happen with the couple side by side on a sofa, or on a video call from two different cities. Presentation mode takes the board full-screen, moment by moment, so you're walking them through the day rather than scrolling past a toolbar. After the meeting, turn on link sharing and send the board. They open it together on a phone, no account, and forward it to the parent who is paying for the flowers and would like to see them. Send the same link to the florist, the venue, and the stationer, and every vendor is working from the version the couple approved. When the linen changes color, change the card; the link in everyone's inbox is already current. The venue's file gets a PDF export, and a single tablescape goes out as PNG or JPG.

- No account needed. Turn on link sharing and the couple can open the board in a browser, read-only, without creating anything.
- Can I send the same board to several vendors?
- Yes. One read-only link works for everyone you send it to, and none of them need to sign in.
- Can I present the board in a meeting?
- Yes. Presentation mode takes the board full-screen and steps through it frame by frame.
- Does Lattice track the budget?
- No. Put budget anchors on the board as a note or drop in the spreadsheet as a file. Lattice is for the design and the presentation, not accounting.
- Can I export the board?
- Yes. PDF for the venue file, PNG or JPG for a single frame, SVG if the printer asks for it.
